What Are Miscellaneous Motoring Convictions?
Miscellaneous codes start with MS. They cover offences that don't fit elsewhere, from leaving a vehicle in a dangerous position and motor racing on the highway to driving with uncorrected eyesight and not saying who was driving. The codes below carry between 3 and 11 points and stay on your driving record for 4 years. MS30 (play street offences) carries 2 points.

4 years runs from the date of the offence, or from the date of conviction if you were banned.
