Premium Vehicle Report Terms And Conditions
These terms supplement the Terms of Website Use. They describe the separate paid vehicle-information product supplied by Multiquoter Ltd, company number 13460896, ICO registration ZB347676, trading as Clean Green Cars, from 1 Southdown Close, Kingsnorth, Ashford, Kent TN25 7AE.
1. The Product And Contract
In these terms, "Premium Vehicle Report" means the one-off digital vehicle-information report supplied by Clean Green Cars for the vehicle registration number provided by the customer. The report may also be described on the website or in communications as a "vehicle history check", "vehicle history report" or "vehicle information report". These expressions describe the same Premium Vehicle Report and do not create a separate product, service, report type or additional entitlement.
The Premium Vehicle Report contains the data fields and information described on the purchase page at the time of order, subject to the stated availability, sources, date of compilation and limitations. It is not a physical or mechanical inspection, a valuation, a warranty, or a guarantee of the vehicle's condition or that the available data is complete or error-free. The checkout shows the selected package, total price and any tax treatment before the order is placed. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
2. Immediate Supply And Cancellation
The customer expressly requests immediate digital supply after payment and acknowledges at checkout that the 14-day right to cancel for a change of mind is lost once supply begins. The report is normally generated and placed in the verified My Garage account straight away. This does not affect statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
3. Delayed Or Failed Fulfilment
If payment is taken but the report cannot be supplied, Clean Green Cars may retry fulfilment, provide available information, or refund the affected order as appropriate. Customers should contact [email protected] with the order reference. A refund withdraws report, PDF and secure-link access and creates a credit note where applicable.
4. Data Sources And Limits
Depending on the package and availability, report data may come from Experian, Brego, SalvageGuide, CarGuide, Percayso, DVLA and DVSA. One Auto API may provide the technical connection to the commercial data services. Data provided by Experian is identified against the relevant Experian-only checks. This wording does not apply to information supplied by the other named sources. Records can be incomplete, delayed, corrected or unavailable. A report describes data returned at its generation time. Clean Green Cars does not create or independently verify third-party source records and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for inaccuracies, omissions or delays in those records. The report is not a mechanical inspection, proof of legal title, valuation guarantee or substitute for checking the vehicle, documents, seller and current condition. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Experian Data Guarantee
Data provided by Experian. The outstanding finance, stolen vehicle and insurance write-off checks within the Premium Vehicle Report are backed by the Experian Data Guarantee. The Standard Guarantee document states a £10,000 financial limit and a duration of 12 months from the date the check is performed. The guarantee is provided by Experian, not Clean Green Cars, and any claim must be made directly to Experian. Eligibility, covered losses, exclusions, evidence requirements and the claims process are governed by the Experian terms that apply to the report. Before buying the vehicle, the customer must run the report, match the VIN on the report, V5C and vehicle, match the registration and vehicle details, check that the seller is the current keeper shown on the V5C, and confirm that a valid MOT is in place where required. By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to the Experian Data Guarantee terms and conditions incorporated into these terms. Claims information is available in those terms, including the Experian claims email address.
6. My Garage And Sharing
The verified My Garage account used at checkout remains the report owner. Report PDFs are not sent as email attachments. The owner may create an expiring, revocable secure link for another intended recipient.
7. PDFs And Secure Links
The protected PDF and secure link are for lawful personal use. A secure link may be opened by anyone who receives it until it expires or is revoked. The owner is responsible for intended recipients and should revoke a link that has been shared incorrectly. Access may be withdrawn after refund, cancellation, dispute, fraud, security action or account reassignment.
8. Saved Access And Retention
Report access may remain available in My Garage while the service is offered. Access may be removed where reasonably required for security, legal, supplier or operational reasons. Accounting, payment, refund, fraud-prevention and legal records may need to be retained after a Garage report is removed.
9. Complaints, Rights And Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Contact [email protected] about a purchased report. The governing-law and jurisdiction provisions in the Terms of Website Use also apply.
