Affiliate Programme Terms And Conditions
These terms describe the Phase One relationship with Multiquoter Ltd, company number 13460896, trading as Clean Green Cars (CGC). The commission rate, validation period, minimum payment threshold and payment schedule remain holding information until CGC confirms them in the affiliate's activation email, called the Commercial Schedule below.
1. Appointment And Status
Multiquoter Ltd, trading as Clean Green Cars, may approve the applicant as a non-exclusive affiliate for CGC Premium Vehicle Reports under the Commercial Schedule. Its registered office is 1 Southdown Close, Kingsnorth, Ashford, England, TN25 7AE. Approval is not automatic. The affiliate acts as an independent business and cannot contract, make promises, accept payment or speak on behalf of CGC.
2. Clean Green Cars' Role
Customers referred by an affiliate purchase Premium Vehicle Reports directly from CGC. CGC is responsible for checkout, payment, report delivery, customer service, complaints and refunds.
3. The Affiliate's Role
The affiliate may share only the URL, QR code, wording and creative material approved by CGC. The affiliate must not collect payment, vehicle report details or customer information on CGC's behalf. The affiliate must keep its contact and payment information accurate when requested privately by CGC.
4. Tracking Codes And Qualifying Sales
CGC will issue a unique tracking code within an approved referral link. A qualifying sale is a completed, paid and delivered Premium Vehicle Report attributed to that tracking code under the attribution window and conflict rule in the Commercial Schedule. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, duplicated, test and self-referred purchases do not qualify. CGC's order and payment records determine attribution where records conflict. Tracking records may be retained for audit, fraud prevention and commission reconciliation.
5. Commission And Payment
The commission rate, validation period, attribution window, minimum payment threshold and payment timetable are holding information until they are set out in a Commercial Schedule accepted by both parties. Commission remains pending until the sale is validated. CGC may reverse commission for refunds, disputes, fraud or tracking abuse. Each party is responsible for its own taxes. CGC may require an invoice, self-billing agreement and verified bank details before payment.
6. Promotion Rules
The affiliate must make the commercial relationship clear wherever required and must follow the CAP Code and applicable advertising, consumer and privacy rules. The affiliate must not use misleading price, coverage or guarantee claims, unsolicited messages, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, unauthorised paid search, CGC trademark bidding, impersonation, invented reviews or claims that the affiliate provides the report.
7. Customer Data And Confidentiality
CGC does not provide the affiliate with customer names, email addresses, registrations, payment details or report contents. Aggregate sales and commission information may be supplied through the Affiliate Centre or by email. If the affiliate collects personal data for its own purposes, it is independently responsible for that collection and must not imply that CGC requested it. Each party must keep non-public commercial and security information confidential and reasonably cooperate with an attribution, refund, fraud or compliance audit.
8. Approved Materials And Intellectual Property
CGC grants a limited, revocable right to use approved affiliate materials during the agreement. The affiliate cannot alter CGC branding or register confusing domains, accounts or advertising identities. Any use of CGC names, logos or materials requires written approval and must stop when the agreement ends.
9. Suspension And Termination
Either party may end the arrangement by written notice. CGC may suspend a link immediately for misleading promotion, fraud, security risk, legal or provider concerns, material breach or reputational harm. Valid commission approved before termination remains payable, subject to reversals and the Commercial Schedule.
10. Liability, Changes, Notices And Law
Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. CGC may update the programme, report, price or these terms and will ask active affiliates to accept a material new version before it applies. Notices to CGC may be sent to [email protected] or to its registered office. Notices to the affiliate may be sent to the email address held in the Affiliate Centre. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
