Do you collect or store my information?

No. You aren’t asked to submit personal or vehicle details to us. When you select a provider, you deal directly with them for quotes and any purchase.

Can I get a quote or buy insurance via your site?

No, all quotes and purchases are made directly with the third-party provider after we refer you.

Who provides my insurance?

All insurance is provided by FCA-authorised third-party insurance providers. We do not underwrite or manage your policy.

Who regulates Clean Green Cars?

We are an Introducer Appointed Representative operating under the permissions of our FCA-authorised principal firm. You can check our status with the Financial Conduct Authority at any time.

How do I ask a question or make a complaint?

Yes. When you are referred to providers, their websites use secure encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not collect or store any sensitive data.

Can I compare multiple insurance providers on your site?

We provide helpful information and direct you to multiple trusted FCA-authorised providers and comparison platforms, but the actual comparison is done on those third-party sites.

What types of motor insurance policies do you refer customers to?

We refer customers to providers offering a range of motor insurance products, including car, van, taxi, motor trade and fleet insurance policies.

Are there any fees for using Clean Green Cars?

No. Our introduction service is free for users. We receive remuneration from providers for successful referrals, not from you.

Can I change or cancel my insurance policy through Clean Green Cars?

No. All policy management including changes and cancellation must be done directly with your insurance provider after purchase.

How do you ensure impartiality in your referrals?

We do not favour any provider over another. Our recommendations are based on transparency and providing you with helpful information to make your own decision.
